I would like to welcome you to the website of the Rochester, New Hampshire Police Department. Currently in my 25th year with the Rochester Police Department, I am truly honored to have been selected to serve as your Chief of Police. I look forward to working with and leading the great men and women of this department; as we take on the challenges facing our community today and in the future.

Chief Gary Boudreau officially took over command of the Rochester Police Department from retiring Chief Paul Toussaint on 1/1/22. Chief Boudreau has been with the department for over two decades and is looking forward to the challenges and rewards that come with his new role.
