A Career in Law Enforcement Starts Here

The Rochester Police Department is hiring certified and non-certified police officers. Duties include patrol, investigations, and traffic control to maintain peace and protect the community. Opportunities are available in various specialized units such as ISB, POP, Motorcycle and Mountain Bicycle Patrol, Evidence Collection, SWAT, TAR, CEO, and the K9 Unit, along with roles as instructors in multiple areas. The salary range is $62,400.00-$90,323.46, based on experience, with benefits including health, dental, and life insurance, NH Retirement System, ample leave, load-bearing vests, and access to an in-department gym.
